Broken or Otherwise Defective Products
Autism Citizen takes great pains to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition, but in an extreme circumstance a product may arrive with shipping damage. If that is the case, Autism Citizen will replace, at our expense, any defective, broken, or otherwise damaged product free of charge within 14 days of the date you, the customer, receive the product.
Returns
If after receiving an order, you change your mind about Autism Citizen, you may return any unopened (meaning its wrap is fully intact) products to Autism Citizen for a full refund minus the shipping fees. Products must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Apparel Returns
Any Autism Citizen apparel can be returned for an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping fees) for any reason within 30 days. By the way, apparel ships in shrink wrap bags, but we know that you need to try apparel on to know whether you are happy with it. Open the bag, try it on and if you aren't happy with the fit, return it for a different size or a full refund of the purchase price.
